Our Citrus Fruit Fermentation coffee is crafted from the Chandragiri varietal, grown at 950 MASL and harvested between December and March. This small-batch coffee undergoes a full natural process enhanced by a carefully controlled citrus fruit fermentation.

By introducing select citrus into the fermentation, and closely managing time and temperature, we bring out a vibrant flavor profile that’s both bold and refined. It’s a labor-intensive process where precision is everything—and one that requires deep expertise to get right.

The result is a cup with notes of citrus zest, tropical fruits, floral tones, honeyed sweetness, and lively acidity—a fresh and unforgettable take on specialty coffee. Each bag, packed at 130/lb, is a testament to innovation and craftsmanship.
